How do I search for a property to buy?

From the stream of the "properties search table"

1. Select a country  to begin your search
2. Select a City or All Cities
3. Choose  to Buy or for Rent
4. Choose the kind of properties that you are looking for ( Apartment , Villa , Land ,....)
5. Choose the price range , or leave it on ( Min ) (Max ) for more options
6. Click the Search button to start your search
   Your search is now displayed.

NB: you can search Properties by reference number,  simply write down the reference number and then click the search button to get the property detail, don’t choose any of the options from the properties search table.

How can I view more or complete details of a property I am interested in?

1.Click on the link View Detail  
2.You will now be directed to the property main page where complete details can be viewed

I've found what I'm looking for. How do I arrange to see it?

Click the "Contact us / Submit Inquiry" link on the top right hand side of the Property detail screen . The "Contact us" or the  "Submit Inquiry" page with complete information would open up, you can now contact us or Submit inquiry to make sure  the property is still available.

After being sure that the property is available you can arrange a view by click on "Arrange Viewing" and follow the payment method.

Why can’t I find any properties when I do a search?

There are no listings for Sale/ Rent in that area, you try to search another day as our website is daily  updated.

Can I search the entire website?

Yes you can, on the left menu, in the search the website box, you can write down the word you are looking for and then click search, your search will display if it is exist.

Yes, anyone can list a listing onwww.happyhomelb.com, simply click "List Your Property" from  the real estate menu on the left side of the page and add your properties to our site.

How much does it cost to list my property on www.happyhomelb.com?

For simple listing you can add your properties for free. For Feature Properties and Hot Properties you can click on Advertise with us link for more Information.

What is a featured Property?

Properties which are advertised under this section receive outstanding prominence by being displayed on the search result on the first properties, we advertise the property of your choice under this section if the criteria is met at some cost.
